Build a project timeline
See phases and milestones on a Gantt-style timeline and share it with stakeholders.
You'll create a visual timeline that shows your project phases, milestones, and ownership at a glance. This makes it easy to spot dependencies, track progress, and keep stakeholders aligned without constant status updates.
Open Timeline in the sidebar.
The timeline view displays all your project phases as horizontal bars, making it simple to see the full schedule at once.
Click a phase bar to adjust its dates. Each bar's length reflects the scheduled duration.
Adjusting phase dates here automatically updates the timeline and any shared links, so stakeholders always see the current plan.
Check the milestone list below the chart for each phase's owner and target date.
Click Share timeline to generate a read-only link for stakeholders. It updates live as dates move.
The shared link is read-only and updates live — stakeholders see changes instantly without needing a new link or email.
