Take a table reservation
Book a table by phone or walk-in — your guest gets a confirmation SMS automatically.
Create a reservation in seconds and let TableTap handle the confirmation. Your guest receives an SMS with their booking details and a one-tap cancel link, so you skip the back-and-forth.
Open Reservations in the top navigation.
Click New reservation.
This opens your reservation form where you'll enter guest details and pick an available time.
Enter the guest's name and phone — regulars autocomplete along with their visit history.
TableTap learns your repeat guests, so their names and numbers appear as you type.
Pick the time — TableTap only shows slots where a suitable table is actually free.
TableTap shows only slots where a table is actually free, so you never double-book.
Click Confirm reservation — your guest gets an SMS with a one-tap cancel link.
The guest's SMS arrives instantly with their reservation details and a link to cancel if plans change.
What's next
Once you've booked a few reservations, set up automated reminders so guests confirm they're still coming. This cuts no-shows and keeps your tables full.
