Build the weekly shift schedule

Publish next week's shifts — your team gets notified and can request swaps right in the app.

You'll create and publish shifts for your team, so everyone sees their schedule and can request changes without back-and-forth messages.

Publishing shifts sends instant notifications to staff and locks the schedule into their calendars, so there's no confusion about who's working when.

What's next

With your schedule published, staff can now request shift swaps directly in the app — you'll approve or decline them without leaving your dashboard.

Check back daily to see if anyone has requested changes, and adjust coverage as needed.
