Issue a gift card

Create a gift card and send it instantly to a customer or recipient. Gift cards let you offer store credit as a sale or reward, and they're redeemed automatically at checkout.
Once issued, a gift card is live and ready to use — you can monitor its balance or freeze it at any time.
From the Discounts page, click Issue gift card.
Set the amount and the recipient's email — they get the card and its code instantly.
The recipient gets the card code immediately in their email and can start using it right away.
Click Issue gift card to send it on its way.
After you send it, the card is active with its full balance and ready for redemption.
The card is live with its full balance. You can freeze it or check what's left any time.
You stay in control: freeze the card if needed, or check how much balance remains at any time.

Share the gift card code with your customer, or let them check their email for the instant delivery. They can use it at checkout whenever they're ready to purchase.
