Import products from a CSV
Bring your whole existing catalog over in one upload — the columns map themselves.
Move your entire product catalog into ShopVault in minutes without manual data entry. Whether you're coming from Shopify, WooCommerce, or another platform, automatic column mapping means your product names, prices, and descriptions land in the right place.
Any rows with issues are flagged and reported separately, so you can fix them and re-import without losing good data.
From the Products page, click Import.
Choose your CSV export — ShopVault spots Shopify and WooCommerce column layouts for you.
ShopVault recognizes the standard column layouts from both platforms, so you don't need to reformat your file.
Click Import. Any rows with issues are skipped and listed in a report you can download.
This report lets you see exactly what went wrong — missing required fields, invalid formats, or duplicate SKUs — so you can correct the source file and try again.
Your imported products land in the catalog as drafts, ready for a quick review before you publish.
Review the imported data, make any final edits, then publish them all at once when you're ready.

With your products in the catalog as drafts, add images, organize them into collections, and set up pricing rules before going live.
Once everything looks right, publish your products to make them available to customers.
