Record a manual rent payment

Log a check or cash payment so the tenant ledger stays accurate.

When you receive a check or cash rent payment, record it in Payments so your tenant ledger and owner statement reflect what's actually been paid. This keeps your records in sync and gives you a clear picture of who owes what.

You can record partial payments too — the system tracks them against each tenant's balance automatically.
