Log a maintenance request

Turn a tenant call into a tracked work order with priority and photos.

When a tenant calls with a maintenance issue, you can convert that conversation into a work order in seconds — complete with priority level and photos if needed. This creates a trackable record that vendors see immediately and tenants can follow from start to finish.

Open Maintenance in the sidebar.

Click Create work order. The tenant gets a tracking link with status updates.

What's next

Once the work order is live, your vendor will accept it and begin work. You can add photos or notes to the request at any time if the tenant provides more details.
