Generate an owner statement
Send owners a monthly statement of income, expenses, and their payout.
You can generate and send a detailed monthly statement to each owner showing their property income, all expenses, management fees, and net payout. This keeps owners informed and provides the documentation they need for accounting and tax purposes.
Open Owners in the sidebar.
Click New statement to build the report. The chart shows net income per property this month.
The chart gives you a quick view of each property's performance this month.
Pick the owner and the statement period. Expenses and management fees are itemized automatically.
The system automatically calculates and itemizes all expenses and fees, so the statement is accurate and ready to send.
Click Generate statement. It is emailed to the owner and archived under their profile.
Once generated, the statement is emailed to the owner immediately and saved in their profile for future reference.
