Add your first property

Set up a building and its units so leases and rent collection have somewhere to live.

You'll create a property record with all its units — the foundation for managing leases, tracking rent, and organizing your portfolio in Rentfolio.

A property needs at least a name and address so it appears correctly on legal documents and statements.
