Create a cohort

Group users by behavior and reuse the cohort across charts, funnels, and syncs.

Build a reusable group of users based on their behavior, then filter by that group across your entire product. Cohorts are dynamic — users automatically join or leave as their activity changes, so your segments stay fresh without manual updates.

Once created, your cohort becomes a filter you can apply to any chart, funnel, or sync to your email tool.

Open Cohorts in the sidebar.

Click New cohort.

This means your cohort will grow or shrink as users meet or stop meeting your criteria — no maintenance needed.

Click Create cohort; it becomes available as a filter and can sync to your email tool.

Your cohort is now live and ready to use everywhere in the product.
