Launch a review cycle
Kick off a company-wide performance review with deadlines and reminders.

Open Reviews in the sidebar.

Click New cycle.

Name the cycle and choose Participants — scope it to one department if you like.

Click Launch cycle — everyone gets a task, and managers track their team's progress.

Track completion by department — reminders go out 7 and 2 days before the deadline.
