Share your screen
Present a window, a tab, or your whole screen — with audio if you need it.
Screen sharing lets you show your work, demos, or slides directly to call participants without passing devices around. It's the fastest way to collaborate when you need everyone looking at the same thing.
You can share just one window, a single tab, or your entire screen — and include audio from videos or other apps if needed.
During a call, click Share in the toolbar and pick what to present.
This opens a menu where you choose what to present: a specific window, a browser tab, or your whole screen.
Turn on Include audio for video, so everyone hears it directly.
When this toggle is on, video audio plays through the call so participants hear it directly instead of you describing it.
Click Start sharing — a green border marks what participants can see.
The green border shows exactly what participants see on their end — anything outside it stays private on your screen.
While you present, your tile shows a Presenting badge — stop any time from the toolbar.
What's next
Once you're comfortable sharing, invite others to present too — anyone on the call can start sharing from the same toolbar.
If you need to record the session for later, check your call settings before starting the presentation.
