Open Recordings from the top bar.
Open a recording — the transcript is searchable and every line jumps to its moment.
The transcript is fully searchable, so you can find exactly what was said — and each line links directly to that moment in the video.
Click Share and set who can open the link — access can expire on its own.
You control who can access the link and for how long, so you can share confidently with your team.
Click Copy share link and drop it in chat — viewers don't need a MeetWave account.
Viewers can open the link in any browser without signing in, making it easy to share across your organization.
