Connect your calendar

Sync MeetWave with Google Calendar or Outlook so meetings appear in both places.

Connect your calendar to MeetWave so every meeting lands in both places automatically. This keeps your schedule in sync and prevents double-bookings across all your calendars.

You can choose one-way or two-way sync depending on how you want to manage your events.

Two-way sync means changes you make in either calendar update the other instantly, and attendees can join directly from their calendar event.

Once connected, MeetWave checks both your calendar and your attendees' availability before suggesting meeting times.

What's next

With your calendar synced, you're ready to start scheduling meetings that respect everyone's time. Set your working hours next so MeetWave only suggests slots when you're actually available.
