Schedule an email to send later

Compose your email whenever you're ready, then pick exactly when it should land in the recipient's inbox. MailPilot handles the timing so you don't have to remember to send it later, and you can adjust or cancel right up until delivery.
Click Compose and write your email.
Set Send at — MailPilot suggests the recipient's morning.
MailPilot learns from your recipient's patterns and suggests a time when they're most likely to engage.
Click Schedule send.
Your email moves to the Scheduled folder and will send at the time you chose.
Scheduled mail waits in Sent → Scheduled — edit or cancel until it goes out.
You can edit the message, change the send time, or cancel entirely — no action is final until the email actually goes out.
What's next
Check your Scheduled folder before the send time if you need to make last-minute changes. Once an email delivers, you'll find it in your Sent folder as usual.
