Connect an external mailbox
Bring Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP mailbox into MailPilot.
Connecting an external mailbox lets you manage all your email in one place without switching between apps. MailPilot works with Gmail, Outlook, and any IMAP-compatible server, so you can consolidate your inboxes and stay on top of everything.
Open Settings from the sidebar.
Select Connected mailboxes.
Pick your Provider — Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP server.
MailPilot supports the most common email providers and any server that uses the IMAP protocol, giving you flexibility no matter where your email lives.
Click Connect mailbox, then approve the prompt from your provider.
Your provider's permission prompt ensures MailPilot can securely access your mailbox — you're in control of what gets connected.
Your mailbox appears as Syncing — the first sync takes a few minutes.
The first sync pulls all your existing emails into MailPilot; larger mailboxes may take longer to complete.
What's next
Once your mailbox finishes syncing, you can start organizing and responding to emails from your MailPilot inbox. Consider connecting additional mailboxes if you manage multiple email accounts.
