Invite your team and set defaults
Bring teammates into the workspace and land them in the right channels on day one.
You can invite multiple teammates at once and have them automatically join your default channels. This gets everyone oriented and collaborating from their first login.
Set up your default channels before inviting the team so new members land in the right places without manual assignment.
Open Settings from the top navigation.
Settings is where you manage workspace-wide configuration, including team membership.
Select Members.
Paste one or more Email addresses — separate them with commas to invite in bulk.
Bulk invites save time — just separate addresses with commas and send them all at once.
Click Send invites — new members land in the default channels with a quick tour.
New members receive a guided tour on login and are automatically added to every channel marked as default.

Once your team is invited and settled into their channels, configure team permissions and channel roles so everyone has the access they need.
You can also customize channel topics and descriptions to help new members understand what each space is for.
