You'll generate a complete Profit & Loss report showing your revenue, expenses, and bottom-line profit for any time period. This gives you a clear financial snapshot to track business health, support tax planning, or share with stakeholders and accountants.
Open Reports in the sidebar.
The Reports section opens to your P&L overview, showing net profit trends at a glance.
Click a bar in the P&L chart to drill into that month's net profit detail.
Drilling into a specific month reveals the detailed breakdown behind that month's profit figure.
Review the summary below, which breaks July into revenue, cost of sales, and operating expenses.
This summary view separates revenue from cost of sales and operating expenses, so you see exactly where money comes in and goes out.
Click Export for a PDF or spreadsheet. You can also invite accountants with report-only access.
You can export the report for your records or share it with your accountant, who can access reports without seeing other sensitive data.
