Set up deal reminders

You'll create reminders that surface deals needing attention, so nothing slips through the cracks. Whether you want a nudge on a specific date or an automatic alert when a deal hasn't moved in a week, reminders keep your pipeline active.

Open Tasks in the sidebar.

Tasks is where all your reminders live — you'll see them listed here and receive push notifications when they're due.

Click New reminder.

Pick the Deal and when to be nudged — or set idle alerts after 7 days.

Idle alerts automatically trigger if a deal hasn't been touched for 7 days, so you can focus on deals that need action without manually setting each one.

Click Create reminder — it shows in Tasks and as a push notification.
