Add a spare part to inventory
Register a part with its bin location and minimum stock level.

Open Parts in the module list.

Click Add part.

Enter the Part name and Minimum level; on-hand below it flags the part Low stock.

Click Create part; technicians can book it out against work orders by scanning the bin label.
