Monitor street lights and signals
Check outage counts by district and raise a work order from a faulted unit.
You can track active street light and signal outages in real time, grouped by district, and create work orders for repairs without leaving the outage view. This keeps your maintenance team responsive and cuts the time between detecting a fault and dispatching a crew.
Open Infrastructure in the sidebar.
Click a district bar in the outages chart to see its faulted units.
The chart updates live as units fail or are repaired, so you always see the current outage picture across your districts.
Review each faulted unit with its pole ID, fault type, and how long it has been dark.
Each entry includes the pole ID, fault type (dark, flickering, or other), and elapsed time since the fault began — all the context your crew needs to prioritize repairs.
Click Create work order. The pole location, fault code, and photos carry over automatically.
The work order inherits the pole location, fault code, and any available photos, so your team has full context when they arrive on site.
What's next
Once a work order is created, assign it to a technician and track its progress through completion. You can also set up alerts to notify your team automatically when outages exceed a threshold in any district.
