Add dispatchers, inspectors, and crew leads to CivicGrid with role-scoped access.

Your team works best when everyone has the tools they need. Inviting dispatchers, inspectors, and crew leads into CivicGrid gives them role-specific access to the data and workflows that matter for their job.

New team members are approved instantly if they use your city domain email, so you can get them productive right away.

Open Settings in the sidebar.

Enter your colleague's work email. Accounts on your city domain are approved automatically.

Click Send invite. They get access scoped to their role and assigned wards.

What's next

Once your team is invited, assign them to specific wards or districts so they only see the work relevant to their area.

You can also adjust their role permissions later if their responsibilities change.
