Let's set up your clinic — adding your details and NPI means notes, prescriptions, and claims all carry the right identifiers.
Your clinic profile is the foundation for all outgoing records — notes, prescriptions, and insurance claims all reference the identifiers you set here.
Getting this right from the start ensures every document carries your clinic's correct details and avoids delays with payers and pharmacies.
Open Settings in the sidebar to get started.
Select Clinic profile to open your details.
Enter the clinic NPI — it's stamped on every claim and e-prescription you send.
Your clinic NPI is a unique identifier that payers and pharmacies use to route claims and prescriptions correctly.
Click Save profile — you can always add individual provider NPIs later under Providers & schedules.
Individual provider NPIs can be added later under Providers & schedules if your clinic has multiple practitioners.

With your clinic profile saved, move to Providers & schedules to add individual providers and set their availability.
