Send a secure portal message
Skip the phone tag — here's how to message an enrolled patient through the portal, with the thread saved to their chart.

From the chart, open the Messages section — only enrolled portal patients can receive messages.

Write the message — keep clinical detail in the note; the message can link to released results.

Click Send message — the patient gets an email nudge, and the whole thread files into the chart automatically.
