Open Pipelines and click Run pipeline. This is where your analyses live once they're going.

Choose the sample you just added, then the germline variant-calling pipeline — it's the most common place to start.

Turn on a notification so you don't have to keep checking back — we'll let you know the moment it finishes.

Click Start run. Your pipeline is on its way — you can watch progress here, or step away and we'll email you when the results are ready.
